2025 MAMA ON-PACK CAMPAIGN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Eligible Entrants: Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

 

2. Entry Method: Purchase a specially marked packet of MAMA Noodles from any authorised retailer in Australia, including both online and in-store locations, during the Promotional Period.Scan the QR code on the pack to visit the campaign website: https://www.mamanoodles.com.au/2025mamacampaign. Complete the prompts on the promotion entry page by providing the required details, including your first name, last name, email address, contact number, home address, retailer of purchase, the flavour of MAMA noodles you purchased, and the unique code from the packet insert. Ensure the fully completed entry form is submitted within the Promotional Period.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

 

3. Maximum / Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following conditions: (a) only one (1) entry is allowed per unique code from each packet, and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and meet all entry requirements. There is no maximum number of entries.

 

4. Proof of Purchase: Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and packet insert for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase (for purchases at offline retailers) and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but before entry.

 

5. Entrant / Winner Determination: Game of Chance. Skill plays no part in determining successful entrants. To be eligible, entrants must have purchased a product and submitted their entry as specified via the Entry Method outlined above. Successful entrants will get a chance to win a prize. An entrant can win a maximum of one minor prize and one major prize (except SA).

 

6. Grand Prize: There will be a total of 2 Grand Prize winners. Each Grand Prize is valued at up to $6,000.00 and includes: One (1) of Two (2), 4-Day, 3-Night Trip to Thailand for Two. Further prize details are listed under ‘Grand Prize Terms’.

 

7. Minor Prizes: There will be a total of 128 Minor Prize winners, each receiving either a $25 Westfield eGift Card or a $50 MAMA Noodles package. 1 of 120 $25 Westfield eGift Card. 1 of 8 $50 MAMA Noodles Packages.

 

8. Prize Draw: There will be one (1) draw conducted each week during the Promotional Period, resulting in a total of eight (8) Weekly Draws. Each Weekly Draw will select sixteen (16) winners: fifteen (15) winners will receive a $25 Westfield eGift Card, and one (1) winner will receive a $50 MAMA Noodles package.

 

Entries for each Weekly Draw will include all entries received from the start of the Promotional Period up until 11:59 PM AEST on the final day of the relevant week (Sunday). Winning entries from a Weekly Draw will be removed from subsequent Weekly Draws. However, if the same entrant has submitted additional entries, those entries will remain eligible for future Weekly Draws. All entries (including winners of the Weekly Draws) will also be included in the Major Draw for the Grand Prize, conducted at the end of the Promotional Period.

 

Minor Prize draws will be conducted at 11:00 AM AEST every Monday during the Promotional Period at ETTASON PTY. LIMITED, 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood NSW 2163, with the Major Draw conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer at 11:00 AM AEST on 15 September 2025. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected.

 

Winners will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) business days of the relevant draw. The winners’ first initial, last name and postcode will be published within seven (7) days of the relevant draw online at: https://www.mamanoodles.com.au/2025mamacampaign. Prize winners must claim their prize by 2:00 PM AEDT on 15 December 2025. If there are any unclaimed prizes from Minor Prize draws or the Major Prize draw, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 2:30 PM AEDT on 15 December 2025 at ETTASON PTY. LIMITED, 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood NSW 2163. The winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified via email on 15 December 2025, and their first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the aforementioned websites on the same date.

10. Grand Prize Terms: Two (2) winners will each receive a four-day (4-day), three-night (3-night) trip to Thailand for two (2) people. The prize includes accommodation at a 4-star hotel in Bangkok, return flights (in economy class from the winners' nearest capital city), key transportation in Thailand, local tours in Thailand, and pre-paid meals for the duration of the trip.

The Grand Prize trip must be redeemed by 31 December 2026. Failure to redeem the prize by this date will result in forfeiture, and no alternative compensation will be provided. Travel expenses, including accommodation and flights, will be subject to cost considerations, and travel during key holiday periods may need to be avoided at the discretion of the Promoter.

Travel must be booked for dates excluding school holiday periods and Chinese New Year, as follows:

· Spring Holiday Period: September 20, 2025 – October 14, 2025

· Summer Holiday & Chinese New Year Period: December 13, 2025 – February 22, 2026

· Autumn Holiday Period: April 3, 2026 – April 28, 2026

· Winter Holiday Period: June 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026

· Spring Holiday Period: September 19, 2026 – October 13, 2026

· Summer Holiday & Chinese New Year Period: December 12, 2026 – February 21, 2027

All travel must be arranged in accordance with these restrictions, and the Promoter reserves the right to adjust travel dates if necessary.

 

The Grand Prize includes accommodation for two winners for a duration of 3 nights and 4 days in Bangkok, Thailand. The winners will stay in a four-star hotel, selected at the discretion of the Promoter, based on availability and suitability. The Promoter will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the accommodation and associated travel arrangements in consultation with the Grand Prize winner to ensure all necessary details are finalised. Communication regarding the booking process will be conducted directly with the Grand Prize winner.

Return flights in economy class will be provided for the two winners from their nearest capital city in Australia to Bangkok, Thailand. All local transport within Thailand, including transfers between the airport and the hotel, will also be booked and covered by the Promoter. However, the Promoter will not cover the cost of travel to and from the departure airport within the winners’ home country. These expenses will remain the responsibility of the winners.

The Grand Prize also includes local tours in Bangkok, which will involve visits to local restaurants and markets. Ettason will be responsible for booking and arranging these tours. Any additional tours or activities outside of this arrangement will be at the winners’ own expense.

The Grand Prize includes meals arranged and paid for by a tour guide who will accompany the winners throughout the trip. No additional spending money will be provided, and any expenses outside of the included meals will be the responsibility of the winners.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the promoter.

 

2. Unless otherwise provided in these T&Cs, spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, accommodation, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. This cost will be borne by the winners and not ETTASON PTY. LIMITED or any other third parties associated with the giveaway.

 

3. Odds of Winning and Maximum Number of Winnings: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. An entrant can win more than one prize.

 

4. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winners will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Promoter. All Prize Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the Winner's selection. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the time specified in “Prize Draw”, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Winners will have until 2:00 PM AEST on 15 December 2025 to claim

the prize before the prize is forfeited and alternative Winners are selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Promoter's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated. The Promoter will deliver the prizes to the winners within eight (8) weeks of successfully contacting the winners, confirming their eligibility, and receiving any required documentation or information necessary for prize fulfilment. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the winners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the prize and external factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

 

5. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this contest (e.g. photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Promoter and anyone acting on behalf of the Promoter or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this contest, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon another's intellectual property right, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute an infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ETTASON PTY. LIMITED and any other third parties associated with the giveaway from and against any suit, proceeding, claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense that ETTASON PTY. LIMITED may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of any infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s rights.

 

6. Terms and Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the Promotion's administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct. In such cases, the Promoter may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Promoter, if appropriate. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots,

macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the Promotion's legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless ETTASON PTY. LIMITED and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

 

8. Cancellation/Modification: If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

 

9. Disputes: This Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Australia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Promotion). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

 

10. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Promotion, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
